Maintaining the exterior of your home and its structural integrity can prevent more costly repairs in the long run.

Asphalt and concrete driveways need a sealer applied to keep it beautiful and in excellent condition. Any chips or cracks that may be starting can be addressed in between coats before they grow into a major problem.
DOORS AND WINDOWS
Water is a major killer of windows and doors because it likes to sneak in and rot the wood. If this goes unnoticed, the wood behind the paint will become a mushy mess. Maybe this has happened to you. The Butla will deliberately look for the signs of this and remedy the situation right away.

Siding comes in many different materials and styles, all requiring a different type of maintenance. We can care for your siding with power washing or cedar cleansers and make sure it stays ON your home. If left uncared for, the siding could fall off the house, leaving your home exposed, or be susceptible to water damage. GUTTER CLEANING AND REPAIR

There are countless problems that can be found in floors and walls. Anything from your accidental hole in the wall and loose tiles, to warping and cracked floors. We can fix these issues and even find the cause. If necessary, The Butla will even install a new floor for you.
FILTERS
Your home may have a variety of filters for your heating system, water, or stove. We monitor those filters to make sure they get replaced properly so they always do their job right. Clogged filters are never a good thing.
PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL
The Butla can take care of any minor electrical and plumbing issue, but we believe that these trades are for trained professionals. If your plumbing and/or electrical issue is out of our abilities, we will gladly send over our already screened professionals to get it fixed.
APPLIANCE MAINTENANCE
The majority of appliance failures can be avoided with regular maintenance such as cleaning refrigerator coils. Keeping up with appliance maintenance will also save you money by allowing your appliances to run more efficiently
