So how does this work?
Well everybody’s home is different, so we need to assess your home to see what your needs are. First, we set up an appointment for that free assessment, then we will be able to let you know how much your butler will cost.
How much should I expect to pay?
It is hard to pin-point a number, so we would need to start with a free assessment of your home.
Does the quote cover labor and materials?
Yes, for the items listed it does. If you require any extra work other than the regular maintenance, there would be an additional charge. However, no work is done without your approval.
What does the service include?
The Butla is in charge of maintaining your home. We supply a list of regular maintenance that should be done on everybody’s home, but most of the time is overlooked and leads to bigger problems. Also, we do an annual inspection of the home inside and out to try to catch anything that needs repair.
How often does my Butla come?
Your butler will set up a schedule for you to include the maintenance that needs to be done quarterly, tri-annual, bi-annual, annual, seasonal, and 2 and 3-year services.
What if I need my Butler to come to fix something that broke?
Your Butla is available for you to contact anytime you need them. Keep in mind if it is a broken item not on your original contract list, there may be an added charge. Most of the time if it is little and quick, your Butla will just take care of it for you. We want to keep up a good relationship with you and keep your home worry-free. If you have multiple issues, we suggest making a list for the Butla to do all at once to keep your cost low.
Can my Butla take care of my landscaping?
Yes, that can be factored in with your original contract
Can my Butla do house cleaning?
Yes, we can factor that into your original contract.
Can my Butla take care of my pool?
Yes, that can be factored in as well.
What if I want to expand my original contract?
No problem. We just make a new contract and apply payments already made to that new contract.
Can I tell my friends?
